Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the programs offered by Koto Igarashi, doing business as Ano Zenjo (“Ano Zenjo,” “we,” “us”), Fort Lee, New Jersey, USA. By applying for or taking part in a program, you agree to these Terms.

本規約は、Ano Zenjoの名で事業を行う五十嵐こと（米国ニュージャージー州フォートリー。以下「当方」）が提供するプログラムの利用条件を定めるものです。プログラムへのお申し込みまたはご参加をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. Our programs

Ano Zenjo provides business education and training services: leadership seminars, executive coaching, and customized leadership and executive development programs. Program content, schedules and fees are stated on our website, in the application page, or in a written quote or agreement.

当方は、リーダーシップ・セミナー、エグゼクティブ・コーチング、個別設計の幹部育成プログラムなどのビジネス教育・研修を提供します。内容、日程、料金は、当サイト、申込ページ、またはお見積書・個別の契約書に記載します。

3. Fees and payment

You agree to pay the fees stated for the program you apply for, by the method and due date stated in your application page or invoice. A place in a seminar is confirmed when payment is received.

お申し込みのプログラムについて、申込ページまたは請求書に記載の料金を、記載の方法と期日までにお支払いください。セミナーのお席は、お支払いの確認をもって確定します。

4. Cancellations and refunds

1. Seminars. If you cancel at least 7 days before the first session, we refund the full fee. After that, fees are not refunded.
2. Coaching sessions. You may reschedule or cancel a session at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. A session cancelled with less notice, or missed, counts as delivered.
3. Customized programs. Cancellation and refunds follow the written quote or agreement for that program.
4. If we cancel. If we cancel a program or session, we will offer a new date or refund the fees paid for the part not delivered.

セミナー：初回の7日前までのキャンセルは全額返金します。それ以降は返金しません。コーチング：48時間前までのご連絡で、無料で日程変更・キャンセルができます。それより後のキャンセルや無断欠席は、1回分を実施したものとみなします。個別設計プログラム：お見積書・個別の契約書の定めに従います。当方の都合で中止する場合は、代わりの日程をご提案するか、実施しなかった分の料金を返金します。

5. Retreats in Japan

Travel arrangements for retreats in Japan, including lodging and transport, are provided by a licensed travel agency in Mishima, Shizuoka, under its own terms and contract with you. Retreats include walking on mountain paths and stone-paved roads. You are responsible for judging your own fitness, telling us of any health conditions that may affect your participation, and carrying travel insurance.

日本でのリトリートの宿泊・交通などの旅行手配は、静岡県三島市の旅行会社（旅行業登録済み）が、同社の規約とお客様との契約に基づいて行います。リトリートには山道や石畳を歩く行程が含まれます。ご自身の体力の判断、参加に影響する健康状態の事前のお知らせ、旅行保険へのご加入は、参加者ご本人の責任でお願いします。

6. Not professional advice

Our programs are educational. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, financial or investment advice. Decisions you make based on a program are your own, and you remain responsible for them.

当方のプログラムは教育を目的とするものです。コーチングは、心理療法・カウンセリング、医療・法律・財務・投資に関する助言ではありません。プログラムをもとに行った判断は、ご自身の判断であり、その責任はご本人にあります。

7. Materials and recordings

Program materials, including translations and commentary on the ‘Busshin ittai kanjō shō,’ are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not copy, share, publish or sell them without our written permission. Please do not record sessions without the consent of the instructor and all participants.

『佛神一躰灌頂鈔』の翻訳・解説を含む教材の著作権は当方に帰属します。ご自身の学習のために使うことはできますが、当方の書面による許可なく、複製・共有・公開・販売することはできません。講師と参加者全員の同意なく、セッションを録画・録音しないでください。

8. Conduct

We ask participants to treat one another with respect and to keep what others share in sessions confidential. We may remove a participant who seriously disrupts a program, without a refund.

参加者同士の敬意と、セッションで他の参加者が話した内容の守秘をお願いします。プログラムの進行を著しく妨げる方には、返金なしでご退出いただくことがあります。

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Programs are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the results of any program. Our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the fees you paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

プログラムは現状のまま提供されます。法令で認められる最大の範囲で、当方はプログラムの成果について、明示・黙示を問わず保証しません。プログラムに関する当方の責任の総額は、そのプログラムについてお支払いいただいた料金を上限とします。間接的・付随的・結果的な損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

個人情報は、当方のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to applications made after that date.

本規約は随時更新することがあります。本ページに掲載した版が、その施行日以降のお申し込みに適用されます。

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

本規約は、米国ニュージャージー州法に準拠します。紛争は、ニュージャージー州バーゲン郡に所在する州または連邦の裁判所で解決します。

13. Language

These Terms are written in English with a Japanese translation. If the two differ, the English version controls.

本規約は英語を正文とし、日本語訳を添えています。両者に違いがある場合は、英語版が優先します。
